Pet Policy
The environment of Six Senses Con Dao is not appropriate for pets, therefore we have implemented a policy of no pets allowed.
Fly-Cams/ Drones
The use of fly-cams/drones is banned on Con Dao island unless a pre-arranged license has been granted by the local authorities. Such license does not apply to the resort, where the use of fly-cams/drones is not permitted to ensure guest privacy and safety.
Six Senses Con Dao Is A Non-Smoking Resort
One of the many unique attractions of Six Senses Con Dao is that we are located in a national park and make the extra effort to ensure the resort blends in with its surroundings and is genuinely eco friendly. All of our guest villas and public facilities are constructed with natural timber. For this reason we need to be extra vigilant in protecting both the resort and our guests from fire. We therefore have a strict “no smoking” policy in and around all guest villas and public areas. There are however several designated smoking areas throughout the resort.
If you wish to smoke, please follow your host’s guide and visit one of our designated smoking areas situated throughout the property for your convenience.
Nature & Environmentally Friendly
Surrounded by tropical rainforests, from time-to-time guests may have a surprise visit from some jungle friendly yet harmless animals. We are always on hand 24/7 to help escort these “uninvited friends” away – if you don’t welcome them!
We are also pursuing a zero-plastics policy and encourage our guests to refrain from bringing such products to our Resort.
Outside Food and Beverage
For hygiene and environmental reasons, any outside food and beverage are not allowed within Six Senses Con Dao. Should you wish to bring them inside the Resort, we have the right to reject these items or alternatively we are happy to keep them for you until your check-out.
Visitors From Outside
For your safety and privacy, outside guests are not allowed inside the Resort. Six Senses Con Dao is delighted to welcome only pre-booked guests.
Extra / Un-Registered Guests & Children Policy
Only the number of guests (adults & children) indicated on your booking confirmation will be accepted at the time of check-in. Should there be any extra and un-registered guests, Six Senses Con Dao reserves the right to refuse or register them under a new room booking (subject to room availability). Shall you have any requests, kindly inform us in advance of your arrival so we can arrange for the appropriate accommodations. Please note that children from 12 years old and above are considered as adults.
Need A Ride?
Every Villa has its own bikes, provided for your use around the Resort roads. But if you need a ride, please contact your GEM for the next available buggy. It could take up to 30 minutes in peak time.
Please kindly note that bicycles on the beach is not allowed.

Early Arrival
Villa check-in time is from 2:00 pm and Multiple Room Villa check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Should guests wish to arrive earlier, it is highly recommended to reserve and pay for the villa from the night before arrival, which will ensure immediate villa availability for the best possible arrival experience.
Late Departure
Check-out time is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be charged at 50% of one night’s accommodation charge. Beyond this time, one night’s accommodation charge will be applied. Late departure request is subject to villa availability.
Credit card with full billing details of cardholder is required to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking. Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking if the card used for the guarantee is declined by the issuer.
